RE: A final look at "the pines"

That makes me miss camping around the forests... We did that a lot when I was young, but it has been a good 15 years since I went the last time. Whenever I go back to Germany, it's the forests that I search out most - after the lakes. Both lakes and forests are so different here, they just feel wrong to me. They're nice and enjoyable, but somewhat unreal and weird. After 12 years of living here, that is. Some things I don't get used to...
