I had absolutely no relationship with your employee until I had questions about the algorithms of your service! No other relationship with him interests me to this day!
If his tasks include contact with users, he copes with this task extremely poorly, as evidenced by my case study. This also casts a shadow of negativity on you as the manager of this project.

If this person is responsible for something in your team, make sure that he keeps his point of view, which is not described in the rules of helios use, to himself!

Do you think it's okay that members of your team use your service to suppress my freedom of thought in Hive using as an argument that he doesn't like my content?

Couldn't you teach your staff the rules of mutually polite communication in a civilized society if there is no one in the entire Hive with more suitable competence for this role?

Do I have to deal with the issue of whitelisting me as well with the boor?

What conclusions have you drawn from the situation?
Will you continue to stick up for the bandera spammers on the hive platform?
