It is very sad to see a promising business project lose its reputation because of the unbalanced nature of some team members!
It's a shame when business becomes a personal tool for revenge.
I find it unfair that the aggressors from your team are protected from reciprocity by a whitelist, so they have an advantage in freedom of speech in relation to the average hivеans.

The idea that you and I have found common ground is shattered by your uncanceled automatic down-votes against my content

Do you support censoring hive data too? Or is this tool simply being used to suppress free speech and free thought with your approval in the hive?

I don't want this to seem like a threat, as I suspect that in an open confrontation my chances of winning are the same as Ukraine's.
But I think it is right to inform you that I intend to publicize this situation after the end of my offline affairs, in case I don't see pleasant notices on my account, with the involvement of the maximum number of interested parties.
I may even have to set up a discord for this))))) On my part, this is the last step towards trying to find a constructive way out of the situation.

Perhaps, having assessed all possible reputational risks, it will be easier for you to decide to whitelist me, or to teach your colleague to behave appropriately in the appropriate place.

I should add that I would hate to engage in what is commonly called "dramatizing" by distracting myself and the community with unnecessary fights.

And by the way, I think I understand why the original cause of the misunderstanding arose. downvotes are realized by helios as they accumulate 100% of their vote power. Until then, the downvote order list remains pending, and the coins are not returned because the order is being processed. If you check now, you will see a list of negative vote orders that are being processed.But at the time of contacting the guru, they had not yet been implemented. There is a large gap between the order and execution, and there is no indication of the possible waiting period!
It would be ideal if your staff had the competence to explain the algorithm of the service instead of making unfounded accusations and inciting flag wars. Moreover, there was an adequate request for this.

I am very angry at the blatant injustice! But I want to find a compromise before emotions start dictating my decisions and I will decide to take the path of open confrontation.

Could it be that it would be better to start all over again, making appropriate adjustments to the business plan and getting rid of unbalanced team members whose ambitions overshadow the original goal of the project and cast a negative shadow on the entire team? Although, of course, I may not know all the intricacies of your business relationship and true intentions.

Please inform me about your decision and how to compensate for the damage caused to my account by the impulsive actions of your staff as soon as possible, in order to avoid unwanted attention to this topic from as many interested people as possible.

I put theguru in charge of HELIOS, so it's best to just work things out with him. He is our CTO, and he's also really busy too. I can't afford to alienate him since he is the one in charge of going over all the posts manually, so you can see why sometimes he gets a little edgy. I'm way busy myself trying to build many new scripts to help theguru ease his workload. Our intention is not to quell free speech or anything, I think the issue between you two is more of a personal issue than anything else, & I'm just trying to stay out of it. Hopefully, you and @theguruasia can work things out soon.

I had absolutely no relationship with your employee until I had questions about the algorithms of your service! No other relationship with him interests me to this day!
If his tasks include contact with users, he copes with this task extremely poorly, as evidenced by my case study. This also casts a shadow of negativity on you as the manager of this project.

If this person is responsible for something in your team, make sure that he keeps his point of view, which is not described in the rules of helios use, to himself!

Do you think it's okay that members of your team use your service to suppress my freedom of thought in Hive using as an argument that he doesn't like my content?

Couldn't you teach your staff the rules of mutually polite communication in a civilized society if there is no one in the entire Hive with more suitable competence for this role?

Do I have to deal with the issue of whitelisting me as well with the boor?

Specifically: What exactly did you buy me downvotes for?
What unpublished rules have I broken again that I deserve to be treated this way?
What conclusions have you drawn from the situation?
Will you continue to stick up for the bandera spammers on the hive platform?
Am I blacklisted? If so, for what reason?
