I always love trying something new. I'm trying to up my design skills so I can also contribute to community building on Hive since I may not have the time to learn coding. I decided to try my hands to branding the 1UP token.
The inspiration for the design was from ETH and BTC coins that have established coin designs that convey deep meaning when used in contents. I decided to create a similar for ONEUP token especially as we're trying to get the eyes of all blockchain gamers to the 1UP community.

The design was made using Corel Draw X7. PNG formats of the designs can be obtained in the 1UP Discord. Let's take a ride through the process as follows:
Step 1: Setting out the basic shape for the coin with the text label of the coin and link above it.

Step 2: Aligning the coin name along the circumference of the coin shape.

Step 3: Creating the groove for the coin edge and placement of token logo.

Step 4: Shading begins with fountain fill.

Step 5: Final touches on the coin aesthetics.

Step 6: Background colour added to clearly depict ONEUP coin.

Behold your ONEUP Coin

I really like the design of the coin. The words one up are a little hard to read for me. But nice job.

It actually takes gradual process to understand the full packages of oneup, but a day to day reading and studying will help.
