But overall it can never replace the intelligence of humans but I agree that we will have some of the best working AI and ML in the coming years as it is the era of AI and ML

I can agree with it, as of now our company's switching to use AI as an alternative to save work hours and income as some emails are templated nowadays. At first there's a scare because some of our task are transitioned over to them but we were assured that the complex stuff and review needs to be manually reviewed as AI cannot do a reconciliation yet hahah. But they are working on it to have more smarter AI in the future.
