Entweder man geht mit der Zeit oder man geht mit der Zeit

Das ist schon alles was ich sagen will. Über den Inhalt des Satzes kann man bestimmt streiten, gerade unter uns Hivians. Man kann das jetzt verstehn als 'beug dich dem Mainstream oder du bist weg', aber dabei vergessen die Leute das Rebellion meta/trendy seit den 69ern ist. Die 'Meta' in Spielen ist auch z.B. etwas dass sich konstant verändert und auch wenn man anti-meta spielt, muss man die Meta kennen um in ihr zu bestehen.

Eigentlich mag ich den Satz viel mehr, weil man zweimal das Gleiche sagt aber JEDEM sofort klar ist dass die Bedeutung eine komplett andere ist.

In German there is a saying which literally translates to 'either you go with the time or you go with the time', but even tho you say the same thing it is clear to every German that in the first instance you mean 'you get along with the times (Zeitgeist)' and the second part you men 'or you will be gone soon' which are both case-dependent meanings of 'mit der Zeit gehen'.

I also rambled a little about how Zeitgeist does not mean to be mainstream since being rebellious is meta since the 60s. Also meta in videogames is something really interesting even if you despise it.
