Cosmos IBC tokens pumping my crypto bags

What are you stacking?

Apart from Hive that is ...

If you are reading this on InLeo you probably stack Leo as well as Hive.

If you are not on Hive and are reading this, well come join us!

So I am going to talk about my Hive bags, no ser it's about my other bags.

In Scotland you talk about bags and they say bawbag!

Before we start, let's look at one of my watchlists and see if there is a clue there ....

Last bull run I was big into BCH (Bitcoin Cash which was a 2017 hard fork of Bitcoin) thanks to another blogging platform readcash that I and a few other Hivians were on.

But smartBCH killed that. I still my eye on it. I was also big into Zil and LINK.

I also started following ATOM.

The Cosmos and IBC

Yes ATOM was the first token. In fact I blogged about it here on Hive when I first joined.

From ATOM I picked up OSMO and been staking those.

In the two years since then the IBC exploded and now I have tokens on the remainder of the list...

You will also notice coins like TIA and DYM or Celestia and Dymensia they are huge and were airdrops!

Yep gotta love COSMOS for all the airdrops going on.

Two of my favourite new chains and tokens are Celestia (TIA) and Injective (INJ)

If you are into airdrops then they will be in your bag.

Again they are new from last year and there are already airdrops associated with staking them.

TIA really has just kept rising and rising through all the BTC dips.

ATOM and OSMO are my favourite two COSMOS tokens, but the whole Cosmosverse has really taken off in the last two years. It is unrecognisbale to be honest!!

The other chain I am into and that is mainly for the shitcoin scene and that is Solana.

People thought it was dying. It just goes to show they know sfa as do most people who have public opinions on crypto!

Memecoins

I am partial to a memecoin or two.

Bonk anyone?

I have had Floki for a while too. I do trade them.

Protocols

There are other communities that I like to try and keep up with.

UMA, Across Protocol, FORE protocol for example.

There are lots and lots of crypto projects with real communities and real uses.

There is more to the crypto world than the Hive blockchain.

I have loads of crypto wallets, not to mention chrome extensions.

Wallet Guard is vital, you have to have a wallet protector, the last thing you want is to connect to a site and have your wallet drained!

Yes exploring other chains, you see how slick and goddamn sexy UIs are going on with DEXs and wallets, and that is a major reason Hive has a problem.

This is not 2016, Hive or the legacy chain is no longer a top chain I mean we are only hanging onto a top 300 spot!

Yeah Hive is awesome don't get me wrong, but when it comes to crypto there are lots of other ways of getting returns.

Where do you hold your ATOM and where do you find the airdrops? I have mine staked in atomic wallet and I missed out on the two airdrops you mentioned. I e been buying a bit of ATOM every month for the past two or three years.

I use keplr wallet and https://cosmos.leapwallet.io/airdrops you might find interesting. We have a discord server now for sharing airdrop info and I started an airdrop community too

Oh really? I will have to check that out. I used to use Keplr, but I move everything over to Atomic. It just feels like a better wallet to me. I hope it is compatible.

Not been into the airdrop chase before. Don't know how fun and rewarding if can be. Currently I hope to build myself up from the hive chain. I know there are other platforms out there and there is nothing wrong in staying updated. Thanks for the info.
