How too handle born again in Splinterlands (ENG/GER)

Hello dear Splinterlands friends,

Almost a year ago, the ruleset "Born Again" was integrated into Splinterlands. Personally, this is one of my favorite settings. Games in this ruleset often take unexpected turns and tanks become even harder to crack.

In this article, I'll go into the cards, abilities and combinations that make life difficult for every opponent in Born Again.

Cards that make life difficult for your opponent

Basically, all cards with Void Armor are a good basis for building a decent tank for the Born Again game.

My three favorite tank cards are here:

Agor and Alvar are extremely stable tanks and their Void Armor ability forces the opponent to work through the shield at least twice.

Combined with Resurrect, you can revive them up to three times.

I also love playing cards with the Martyr ability in this ruleset. Here you get at least double the boost for the adjacent card. If the mana cap allows it, I also like to take cards with the Resurrect ability with me so that I can use the Martyr ability even more often.

But since your opponents in the Born Again ruleset will also like to play with the Martyr ability, Dispel is an ability that shouldn't be underestimated.

I prefer to take Venari Spellsmith with me for this.

Finally, I brought along one of my Born Again Games. Unfortunately, due to the low mana cap, I couldn't play a fat tank, but instead relied on the Martyr and Dispel abilities. See for yourself how that worked out:

vor knapp einem Jahr wurde das Ruleset "Born Again" in Splinterlands integriert. Persönlich zählt dieses zu einem meiner liebsten Settings. Spiele nehmen in diesem Ruleset oft unerwartete Wandlungen und Tanks werden noch schwerer zu knacken.

In diesem Beitrag gehe ich auf Karten, Fähigkeiten und Kombinationen ein, welche in Born Again jedem Gegner das Leben schwer machen.

Karten, die Eurem Gegner das Leben schwer machen

Grundsätzlich sind alle Karten mit Void Armor eine gute Grundlage, um einen ordentlichen Tank für das Born Again Spiel aufzubauen.

Meine drei liebsten Tank Karten sind hier:

Agor und Alvar sind extrem stabile Tanks und ihre Void Armor Fähigkeit zwingt den Gegner dazu, sich mindestens zwei mal durch das Schild zu arbeiten.

Kombiniert mit Resurrect könnt Ihr die beiden dann noch bis zu drei mal wiederbeleben.

Außerdem spiele ich Karten mit der Martyr Fähigkeit unglaublich gerne in diesem Ruleset. Hier erhaltet Ihr mindestens den doppelten Boost für die benachbarte Karte. Sollte es das Manacap zulassen, nehme ich auch hierfür gerne Karten mit der Resurrect Fähigkeit mit, um die Martyr Fähigkeit noch öfter für mich nutzen zu können.

Da aber auch eure Gegner im Born Again Ruleset gerne mit der Martyr Fähigkeit spielen werden, ist Dispel eine nicht zu unterschätzende Fähigkeit.

Hierfür nehme ich am liebsten Venari Spellsmith mit.

Zuletzt habe ich noch eines meiner Born Again Games mitgebracht. Aufgrund des geringen Manacaps konnte ich leider keinen fetten Tank spielen, sondern habe mich auf die Martyr und Dispel Fähigkeiten verlassen. Schaut selbst, wie das gewirkt bzw. funktioniert hat:
