I was forced to go back and read part one but you did so well to provide us a summary of what part one was all about and that's great
Having relevant skills to your environment and to the society at large is sure a one way to increasing one's earning.
Your viewpoints here caught my attention but "the smart financial management" did the more. This is because, I have seen someone attained high financial level in life with so much effort but ended up as a poor man again. You know, this experience hurts, but it can be avoided when one smartly manage his or her money well just by observing those three keys words u discussed above!

True, if one is not smart in his financial management, there is a lot of bound that one drops from his standard of living. So it is very important to take it seriously. It is not easy but necessary.
