(DE/EN) Season 80 review - Back to the roots
Intro
Wie gewonnen so zerronnen.
Letzte Woche habe ich es noch gesagt. Ich bin zu früh aufgestiegen. Das hat sich nun gezeigt und es geht zurück nach Liga 2.
Bin gespannt wohin es mich verschlägt.
Intro
Easy come, easy go.
Last week I said it. I was promoted too early. That has now shown and it goes back to league 2.
I'm curious where it will take me.
Sportliche Leistungen
So fühlt es sich also an, wenn man nur auf die Nuss bekommt.
Ich hatte auch in Liga 2 die ein oder andere schwere Saison. Aber das war echt krass.
Nicht nur, dass die gegnerischen Teams allesamt stärker waren. Es waren auch aktive Coaches, die ihre Aufstellung regelmäßig geändert haben. Teilweise sehr zu meinem Leidwesen.
Ich hatte keine Chance mitzuhalten. Mein erstes Unentschieden habe ich in Spiel 12 meinen ersten Sieg in Spiel 14 geholt. Das waren auch die einzigen 4 Punkte der Hinrunde.
Dass ich am Ende tatsächlich noch 6 weiter Siege und 22 Punkte holen konnte, lag daran, dass ich ein paar taktische Manöver machte, die aufgingen und an der Downtime.
Es war aber eine gute Erfahrung, die ich nicht missen möchte.

So that's what it feels like when you're just getting hit in the nuts.
I had one or two tough seasons in League 2, too. But this was really tough.
It wasn't just that the opposing teams were all stronger. There were also active coaches who regularly changed their lineups. Partly much to my chagrin.
I had no chance to keep up. I got my first draw in game 12 my first win in game 14. Those were also the only 4 points of the first round.
The fact that I actually ended up with 6 more wins and 22 points was because I made a few tactical maneuvers that worked out and because of the downtime.
But it was a good experience that I wouldn't want to miss.

In Saison 80 stand ein Spieler zur Verlängerung an.
Der FC Riedstadt bedankt sich bei Toni Novakov für seinen Einsatz in den vergangenen Jahren und wünscht ihm alles Gute für die Zukunft.
Wir begrüßen Vincent Marchal in unseren Reihen. Wir hoffen auf viele Pässe und Flanken und das ein oder andere Tor.
Trainiert habe ich wie immer Endurance, Speed und 4-2-3-1.
Ende der Saison 81 stehen 7 Spieler zu Vertragsverlängerungen an inklusive beider Stürmer.
Es zeichnet sich ein erneuter Umbau des Teams ab.
Team development
In season 80 one player was up for renewal.
FC Riedstadt would like to thank Toni Novakov for his commitment in the past years and wish him all the best for the future.
We welcome Vincent Marchal in our ranks. We hope for many passes and crosses and the one or other goal.
Trained as always Endurance, Speed and 4-2-3-1.
At the end of the 81 season, 7 players are up for contract extensions including both strikers.
A new rebuilding of the team is on the horizon.
Entwicklung des Stadions
Trotz meiner eher desolaten Leistung habe ich die Ticketpreise in Saison 80 nochmals von 40 auf 42 RBN erhöht und damit auch gute Einnahmen erzielt.
Ich bin noch weit weg davon, kostendeckend zu arbeiten, aber ich konnte mich annähern.
Der Ausbau von Stadion, Hotel und Parkplätzen läuft noch und wird auch erst in Saison 82 beendet sein.
Für Saison 81 in Liga 2 werde ich den Ticketpreis erstmal auf 40 RBN belassen und ihn dann je nach Situation wieder anpassen.
Development of the stadium
Despite my rather desolate performance, I raised ticket prices again in season 80 from RBN 40 to RBN 42, which also generated good revenue.
I'm still a long way from breaking even, but I've managed to come close.
The expansion of the stadium, hotel and parking lots is still in progress and will not be completed until season 82.
For season 81 in League 2, I will leave the ticket price at 40 RBN for now and then adjust it again depending on the situation.

Natürlich geht eine solche verlustreiche Saison nicht an der Fanbasis spurlos vorbei.
Ich habe etwa 19.200 Fans in der letzten Saison verloren. Damit habe ich aber immer noch ca. 60.000 Fans mehr als am Ende von Saison 78.
In der zweiten Liga sollten die Fans wieder deutlich zunehmen.

Of course, such a losing season does not leave no trace on the fan base.
I lost about 19,200 fans last season. But that still leaves me with about 60,000 more fans than at the end of Season 78.
In the second league, the fans should increase again significantly.
Finanzielles & Hive Reward
Meine Einnahmen konnte ich von knapp 3 MRBN auf über 4.5 MRBN steigern. Ein Zuwachs von 1.6 MRBN.
Meine Spielergehälter und Kosten sind ebenfalls gestiegen, aber mit + einer Million nicht so deutlich.
Meinen Verlust konnte ich somit auf - 2.8 RBN reduzieren.
Das halte ich noch etwa 5 Saisons aus. Ich hatte ja aber ohnehin vor einen Teil der Rewards nun ins Team zu investieren.
Für Saison 80 waren das immerhin rekordverdächtige 0.26 Hive für das Tabellenende in Liga 2 :-)
Financial & Hive Reward
I was able to increase my revenues from just under 3 MRBN to over 4.5 MRBN. An increase of 1.6 MRBN.
My player salaries and costs have also increased, but not so significantly with + one million.
I was able to reduce my loss to - 2.8 RBN.
I can stand that for about 5 more seasons. But I had planned to invest a part of the rewards in the team anyway.
For season 80, that was a record-breaking 0.26 hive for the bottom of the league 2 :-)
Pläne für Saison 81
In Liga 2 geht es jetzt wieder darum an der Spitze mitzuspielen und Fans dazuzugewinnen.
Sollte ein erneuter Aufstieg stattfinden sage ich nicht nein. Ich hoffe, dass ich dann auch in einer anderen Liga landen kann, und das nicht immer genau die Gleiche ist.
Werde ich ja auch jetzt schon sehen, in welche Liga 2 ich kommen werde.
Auf jeden Fall werden die Spiele jetzt wieder spannender. Am Ende der Saison 80 hatte ich schon keine Lust mehr eine Aufstellung zu machen, da es eh egal und der Abstieg nicht mehr zu verhindern war.
Jetzt heißt es wieder angreifen.
Plans for season 81
In League 2, it's now all about playing at the top again and winning fans.
Should another promotion take place, I won't say no. I hope that I can then also land in another league, and that is not always exactly the same.
I will get a first indicaton, by the league I am now getting in.
In any case, the games are getting more exciting now. At the end of the season 80 I had already no more desire to make a lineup, because it eh no matter and the relegation was no longer to prevent.
Now it is time to attack again.
