Mahilig ako sa passive income yung tipong matutulog ka pag-gising mo may pera ka na. Sa Plaridel street almost sentro ng Angeles City Pampanga ako lumaki. Nagtitinda ako noon ng sigarilyo sa mga tricycle driver kasama ang aking nanay.
Nakapagtrabaho ako sa isang kumpanya nagipon ako at una kong naisip na passive income ay tricycle. Pero imbis na ako ang magmamaneho binuo ko ang DMC HulogBoundery. Ang old system ay boundery lamang hindi mo pagmamay-ari ang unit sagutin din ng may-ari ang pagpapagawa ng unit gaya ng flat tire etc.

Sa lahat ng investments or business base sa experience ko hindi mo maaalis ang ups and downs. Hindi lang ito sa pera sa tao din nagkamali ka sa tiwala etc. So far nakapagrelease na tayo ng 8 trikes, sa ngayon ang DMC HulogBoundery ay mayroong 5 lines 4 trikes na nakapila 1 trike na ongoing ang sidecar pa sa pagassemble (naubusan po tayo ng panginvest dahil sa Hive 😀). Kung makikita ninyo yung long term goal ko dito source plano ngayon this year ay makadagdag ng isang linya.
A friendly advice sa mga ka Hivians magipon po tayo at magisip kung paano ang pera ang magtrabaho para sa atin hindi tayo ang magtatrabaho para sa pera. Malaking bagay ang may passive income ika nga nila "Time is Gold". Madali po kitain ang pera pero ang time ay nauubos. Magtanim na po tayo ngayon para bukas meron tayo aanihin bow! 😄.
