Sorriel The Bale is Now at Level 2! - End Of Season Recap, Buying Draws, Leveling Up, and Giveaway (Win Free GF Card)

Hello, Splinterpeeps!

The second season of a "paid" Wild League competition is over and it's time to make some comparisons with the first one, and maybe find some conclusions and make assumptions for the next one... Maybe you remember that I complained about the small amount of GLINT earned in the first season as it was significantly lower than the season before that... To be more exact, it was around 50K GLINT last season, and the season before, it was 73K...

As you can see from this screenshot from the game, I got almost 75K GLINT tokens this time, which is 50% more than last time, and a bit more than the season before... So, not bad at all... I'm not sure if that is the result of the re-balancing of the reward pool as many bot players quit the game, or it was just a random number... I suppose that we could make some more "stable" conclusions at the end of this season that have just started... If I get 50K again, that would be weird, if I get over 70K, that could finally mean some kind of stability in rewards, which is usually a good thing...

Regarding the highest league this season, as you can see, I reached the Champion III again, but with fewer points (very slight difference) than the last time... So, all good there...

As I had some spare GLINT from before, I decided to repeat the same amounts of DRAWs as the last time, 10 RARE, 10 EPIC, and 5 LEGENDARY draws... This time, I didn't experiment with loot chests as I don't like gambling...

Firstly, I opened 10 RARE draws, but unfortunately, the rewards that I got didn't help me to level up any of the cards... Some of these I have already maxed out, so I don't need them at all... As I don't have other accounts and I don't plan to play with multiple accounts in the future, I have decided to burn some of my "duplicates", which gives me more GLINT for future purchases... It's not some big money, but it's something...

Also, the highlight of these RARE cards was that one gold-foiled Madcap Magus, but I need one more to be able to level up that one to level 4...

Secondly, it was time to open EPIC draws where it's usually more interesting as some of those cards are very powerful... As you can see, there's a lot of blue color out there as I got 4 Noa the Just NFTs, which was the card that I leveled up last time to level 5! That means that I need a lot of them for the next level, to be exact 10 more if I count these 4!

What I did level up this time was the KRA'AR XOC card! TO be honest, I don't use this card too often as it doesn't have an attack, but on level 5, it has a bit more life and with the Scavenger ability, it can grow up during the battle... It can serve as a "distraction card", while some other card is attacking...

Of course, the most interesting part is always the opening of LEGENDARY draws! I got some interesting cards this time, and when I saw two Berix Snakeye cards, I was expecting that I would be able to level up that one, but it didn't happen... I have that card at level 3, and counting these 2 cards, I need an additional 2 to max out the card! That will wait...

On the other side, that one Sorriel The Bale NFT was enough to level up that card to level 3, where it got a Blind ability that can be useful in battles... Other stats stayed unchanged, but with a double (magic) attack it can make some nice damage...
