1 Year Completed with ETF Shop

The ETF shop strategy is quite simple, we will buy the ETF which has fallen the most from its 20 DMA. So in the google sheet you will get the list of all the ETF's and the google sheet will be calculating the difference between the Current Market Price and 20 DMA. And it will rank all the ETF in ascending order, so that means the ETF which has fallen the most from its 20 DMA will be shown at the top. We have to buy 1 ETF daily from teh top. This should contiunue everyday and add it to the Kharida hua maal (In Buy list).

Now say for example, if we don't have any ETF to buy, we will buy the ETF which has fallen the most from teh last buy price. Only if it has falle 2.5% or more. In my case I am keeping it as 3% or more. So if I don't have any ETF to buy today, I will buy the already bought ETF which has fallen by over 3%. If there is no buy recommendation, then I will not buy on that day.

Next coming to the Sell part, I will sell the ETF only if it has given me 6% profit. Also the condition is that, I will only sell if it has gone down today. This is the new change by the Krishnan Sir. That means, say I have an ETF which has given me 6% profit. I will not sell it today if it is in green today. I will only sell it when in the day it turns red. This is called profit trailing and thus you will sell at the higher percentage.

Now coming to my sheet, I have been using the ETF shop from the last 1 year and it has given me 22.36% profit. I have also done one enhancement for calculating the annual profit percentage after removing the tax and brokerage and it cames around 16.3% which is great to be honest. July month is my most successful month where I am touching almost 9.5K. I have started with just 50K and then increased it to 1.5 Lkah and now I am investing around 2.5 Lakh.

The startegy is simple and it doesnt requires too much capital too. Yeah the profit percentage drops if you have a lower capital, but if you have a higher capital then its great passive income source. So whoever wants to have a regular income, can start with ETF ki dukan.

Let me know your thoughts about the same.
