The importance of having a good strategy in Super Snake [ENG/ESP]

Snake is one of the most basic abilities in splinterlands, many of the cards with melee attack have it so I'm sure you know how it works and that I should not explain it, however I will do it quickly because of the new players that are entering every time. Snake allows all cards that have it to attack the enemy monster located in the last square, it's as simple as that. This ability gave rise to a new ruleset called "super Snake" which gives all melee cards the ability to Snake, but as the battle conditions arrive, strategies arise and in that sense I want to share one with you in this post that can be quite useful in your combats.

Generally you usually see two strategies to take advantage of this ruleset, one of them is to lower the opponent's attack and place a card with "shield" in the last position, that way you lower the physical attack of your enemy by -2 and possibly get cards attacking and doing "0" damage, the other tactic focuses on placing a card with "thorns" at the end, can be Windeku or Djiin Chwala, usually are the most used, that way the enemy receives retributive damage in each physical attack that executes against this card.

I don't think it is a bad strategy, in fact sometimes I use it but I complement it with others, however as I love to have the biggest advantage in the rulesets I have devised one that could be said to be a counter strategy for the ones I have mentioned before. I used it in the earth splinter but you can use it in fire or life although somewhat limited.

Snake es una de las habilidades más básicas de splinterlands, muchas de las cartas con melee ataque la tienen por lo que estoy seguro que sabes cómo funciona y que no debo explicarla, sin embargo lo hare rápidamente a causa de los nuevos jugadores que están ingresando cada vez. Snake permite a todas las cartas que la poseen atacar al monstruo enemigo ubicado en la última casilla, así de simple. Esta habilidad dio origen a una nueva ruleset llamada “súper Snake” la cual otorga a todas las cartas con melee la habilidad de Snake, pero así como llegan las condiciones de batalla surgen las estrategias y en ese sentido quiero compartir una con ustedes en este post que puede ser de bastante utilidad en sus combates.

Generalmente se suelen ver dos estrategias para aprovechar esta ruleset, una de ellas es bajar el ataque rival y colocar una carta con “shield” en la última posición, de esa forma bajas el ataque físico de tu enemigo en -2 y posiblemente obtengas cartas atacando y haciendo “0” de daño, la otra táctica se enfoca en colocar una carta con “thorns” al final, puede ser Windeku o Djiin Chwala, por lo general son las más usadas, de esa forma el enemigo recibe daño retributivo en cada ataque físico que ejecuta contra esta carta.

No pienso que sea una mala estrategia, de hecho en ocasiones la uso pero la complemento con otras, sin embargo como me encanta tener la mayor ventaja en las rulesets he ideado una que se podría decir es una contra estrategia para las que he mencionado anteriormente. La utilice en el splinter de tierra pero bien puedes utilizarla en fuego o vida aunque algo limitada.

As a summoner use Lobb Lowland, the intention is to make use of a Gladius card to take advantage of his bloodlust, it can be him or any other, even so I only recommend using this strategy on land or fire, but here it is more viable if you have Quora, in my case as I have it is the second card needed, I prefer Quora over another by the fact that it has self-healing in each turn, an ability that will be very necessary in combat. After these two cards we need others to boost the bloodlust and in that sense perhaps you know who I'm talking about, I mean the cards with the ability of Martyr, in land we have Fungus Flinger and in neutral Venary Marksrat.

Como invocador utilice a Lobb Lowland, la intención es hacer uso de una carta Gladius para aprovechar su bloodlust, puede ser el o cualquier otro, aun así solo recomiendo utilizar esta estrategia en tierra o en fuego, pero acá es más viable si tienes a Quora, en mi caso como la tengo es la segunda carta necesaria, prefiero a Quora por encima de otra por el hecho que tiene auto curación en cada turno, una habilidad que le será muy necesaria en el combate. Seguido de estas dos cartas necesitamos otras para potenciar el bloodlust y en ese sentido quizás sabes de quienes estoy hablando, me refiero a las cartas con la habilidad de Martyr, en tierra tenemos a Fungus Flinger y en neutral a Venary Marksrat.

With these cards we have everything we need to carry out our strategy, as Super Snake attacks the last card there we will place one of the two cards with martyr, and in the penultimate we will place Quora, the ideal is that when the card dies in the last position Quora will be boosted and thus not only increase its power but also eliminate the weaknesses that the enemy team can place. The other card with martyr we will place it before Quora because if in the end we keep it only when this card reaches the first position and Quora dies it will be boosted again and added to what it destroys on the way its power can be exorbitant.

The advantage of using Quora is her double attack and as the rule allows her to use melee from anywhere we will have to attack her with everything in each turn. The rest of the team can be conformed to your convenience but I recommend to strengthen the strategy to use a card with Taunt to force the opponent to attack him while the rest of the team does damage before they can attack freely. Even so I reiterate that its use is not essential but it helps a lot. Ya con estas cartas tenemos todo lo necesario para llevar a cabo nuestra estrategia, como Súper Snake ataca a la última carta allí vamos a colocar a una de las dos cartas con martyr, y en la penúltima pondremos a Quora, lo ideal es que cuando muera la carta en la última posición Quora sea potenciada y de esa forma no solo aumente su poder sino que elimine las debilidades que el equipo enemigo le pueda colocar. La otra carta con martyr la ubicaremos antes de Quora ya que si al final nos quedamos con ella solamente al llegar esta carta a la primera posición y morir Quora será nuevamente potenciada y sumado a lo que destruya en el camino su poder puede ser exorbitante.

La ventaja de usar a Quora es su doble ataque y como la regla le permite usar melee desde cualquier lugar tendremos atacándola con todo en cada turno. El resto del equipo puedes conformarlo a tu conveniencia pero recomiendo para fortalecer la estrategia usar una carta con Taunt para obligar al rival a atacarlo mientras el resto del equipo hace daño antes de que ellos puedan atacar libremente. Aun así reitero que no es indispensable su uso pero ayuda bastante.
