Hoy os traigo esta joya líquida de Other Half Brewing para el #beersaturday de esta semana. No recordaba tenerla, lo cual me produjo una alegría inmesa, puesto que estamos hablando de una de las cerveceras de mayor calidad de todo Estados Unidos. Unos de los padres de las IPA modernas.
Un referente en toda la Costa Este de Estados Unidos y probablemente la cervecera más potente de todo New York. Casi nada.

Su color es un precioso naranja. Su aroma estalla nada más abrir la lata y su sabor es una mezcla de fruta tropical y delicado amargor final que invita a seguir bebiendo. Medio litro se queda corto. Pero lo mejor es la densidad y cremosidad de la cerveza. Marca de la casa. Muy pocos saben darle ese toque a las cervezas, en parte por esa maestría en trabajar la avena que caracteriza a este estilo de cervezas.
Una delicia en todos los sentidos.

Today I bring you this liquid gem from Other Half Brewing for this week's #beersaturday. I didn't remember having it, which made me extremely happy, since we are talking about one of the highest quality breweries in the United States. One of the fathers of modern IPAs.
A benchmark on the entire East Coast of the United States and probably the most powerful brewery in all of New York. Almost nothing.

Its color is a beautiful orange. Its aroma explodes as soon as you open the can and its flavor is a mixture of tropical fruit and a delicate final bitterness that invites you to continue drinking. Half a liter falls short. But the best thing is the density and creaminess of the beer. House brand. Very few know how to give that touch to beers, partly because of that mastery in working with oats that characterizes this style of beers.
A delight in every way.
