On the road de Soma para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)
Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo un excelente cerveza de Soma Beer. Se trata de "On the road". Probablemente nos encontramos ante la que es la mejor cervecera de España elaborando IPA de corte moderno. Nadie como ellos en el estilo. De hecho, quitando alguna cerveza negra, no elaboran otra cosa.
Personalmente tengo un amor odio con ellos, puesto que sus cervezas son muy lineales, muy parecidas y en ocasiones difíciles de diferenciar. Se repite la misma receta cambiando los lúpulos. Pero hay que reconocer que las cervezas están espectaculares. Últimamente no pruebo todas las cervezas que sacan por ese motivo, pero he de reconocer que siempre vuelvo a sus brazos a deleitarme con esta ambrosía en forma de cerveza.

¡Qué densidad! ¡Qué cremosidad!
Realmente un sabor embriagador. Cuando son generosos con el lúpulo, estos chicos de Gerona, realmente hacen joyas líquidas. Muchísimo aroma a fruta tropical, el cual se confirma posteriormente en boca. Mango, Guayaba y un toque a uva blanca se funden en un potente sabor que termina con ese picor de garganta amargo que produce el lúpulo fresco y que tanto nos gusta a los a los cerveceros.
Precioso color naranja pálido con una de las espumas más densas, consistentes y duraderas que he visto hace tiempo.
For this week's #beersaturday I bring you an excellent beer from Soma Beer. This is "On the road." We are probably facing what is the best brewery in Spain producing modern IPAs. Nobody like them in style. In fact, apart from some black beer, they don't make anything else.
Personally I have a love hate with them, since their beers are very linear, very similar and sometimes difficult to differentiate. The same recipe is repeated changing the hops. But we must admit that the beers are spectacular. Lately I haven't tried all the beers they release for that reason, but I have to admit that I always return to their arms to delight in this ambrosia in beer form.

What density! How creamy!
Truly an intoxicating flavor. When they are generous with hops, these guys from Gerona really make liquid jewels. A lot of aroma of tropical fruit, which is later confirmed in the mouth. Mango, Guava and a touch of white grape merge into a powerful flavor that ends with that bitter throat itch that fresh hops produce and that we brewers like so much.
Beautiful pale orange color with one of the densest, most consistent and long-lasting foams I have seen in a long time.
