Another example is when a friend suddenly stops replying to messages or starts acting distant. Most people immediately assume the person is angry, ignoring them on purpose, or no longer values the friendship. But in reality, the person could be going through stress, family problems, health issues, or emotional struggles they haven’t talked about yet.
This is why misunderstandings happen so easily. We often create conclusions from limited information instead of trying to understand the full situation. Things are not always exactly how they appear on the surface, and being objective before reacting can prevent unnecessary conflict and hurt feelings.
