I'm glad you were able to set it up so it'll work well. I'm not looking forward to the day when our router gives out and I have to get a new one. Sadly, we don't have fiberoptic here, but maybe one day we will.

Glad the post hit home! In my case, necessity totally forced my hand. Our backup battery had degraded so much it was basically a paperweight, so replacing it and getting fiber became mandatory just to survive four separate 1.5-hour load shedding rounds every single day while working online. And you know how it goes with tech, once you open your wallet for one thing, three other expenses immediately line up right behind it. I really hope fiber reaches your area soon!
Yeah, expenses love to come in groups, especially when there's spare money left.
For now my home internet works fine, so no worries there. I'll survive. 😆
