Have I finally found a good curation rhythm?
Over the last 24 hours, I reached an APR of 10.06%, while keeping my mana relatively stable. It’s not dropping too fast, even though it sometimes needs to pause to recharge. Overall, the balance is starting to look pretty solid.
Now, I’m trying to move on to the next step: figuring out how to implement, in code, a queue of eligible posts. The goal is for the bot to automatically vote when the mana is at its highest. This would help me avoid missing good posts just because the mana is too low at the wrong time.
For now, I’ve managed to store the posts in memory on a page, which is already a good step forward. However, they’re not yet being automatically voted when the mana refills. That’s clearly the next challenge. I’m confident I’ll get it working—I just need to take the time to fully understand and implement the logic.
At the same time, I plan to keep increasing my HP whenever possible. The idea isn’t to make big votes, but rather to spread smaller votes with lower percentages. This way, I can optimize mana usage, preserve it better, and eventually keep the bot running continuously, 24/7.
The main goal isn’t to give huge votes, but simply to say: your post is worth following. I want to provide consistent and meaningful support.
I’ve also managed to configure the bot so it avoids voting for blacklisted users, which is a big improvement. That said, manually copying a blacklist isn’t very motivating… I haven’t found a ready-to-use list yet. If you know of one, I’d be happy to use it!
Anyway, it’s the start of the weekend, so I’ll try to find some time to keep improving this little curation bot and make it even more efficient 🚀
