i can relate, most times distract yourself with music, your favorite genres, play games, watch movie, have a chat with someone, just do something, try coming out of your shell by doing these things cause the truth is problems will always occur... find a way to breath, relax, tell your self you're enough, it's okay, kill regrets don't aim to be too perfect, learn to celebrate and appreciate your self,...
