Today we were doing a trek of about 13 kilometres which included both coming and going and we did this trek completely on foot, vehicles go till there but it is a different fun to drive on it. My friend and I often go to some place on foot and do small talk. Still, sometimes we also do some long treks and next time we have planned to do a little longer trek which will probably be of about 20 kilometres, and it looks like the total trek will be of about 40 kilometres, for we will have to work a little bit daily.

For those who walk daily, walking is not half difficult for them but for those who do not devote time and do not do much physical activities, walking becomes a bit difficult for them and the condition is similar for me also because nowadays it is very cold here in the morning due to which my plan of morning walk has been completely cancelled but still if I get up early at home then I do some stretching and try to do some power meditation. My friend is a young teacher. He's still quite young, but he's still invested in everything and is quite active. Physically, he's much fitter than me. Still, I'd love to be able to match him in a way that I don't get left behind if we track each other anywhere.
See, it is very important to move around. If you do not move around at a young age and just keep moving around with the help of your brother, then in such a situation, as your age increases, you face a lot of problems. When I also look at my parents, I remember them and realize that they did not do much physical activity in their time and for some time they also did a lot of farming, at that time they were very active, but now after coming to the city, they have left all the work and their time is spent only in the work they do at home, apart from that they do not do any kind of exercise. leaves. Look at the rest, everyone has a lazy body. Some people are hyperactive, some people are very lazy, and their bodies become like that, too.

I will try to keep my body a little fit or overcome my laziness. All this can be accomplished only by doing some physical activity or keeping my body a little fit. Because I try my best. I avoid outside fast food and Indian things, which may help me a lot. But in today's times, it is very difficult to overcome the craving for fast food because where I have an office and there are about 3 to 4 passport centers there and people in my office keep asking for one thing or the other now and then and in such a situation it sometimes becomes very difficult to control myself, still I try my best to control myself and stay away from all these things, which I do to a great extent.
And my phone, which I had ordered, has arrived, and I also did some photo testing of it, which I found very impressive, and whoever was clicking photos from this phone was also very happy, and they liked the photos very much.
