Thanks! Yeah, the green is all over right now, this is very nice. Glad it reminds you of home!
As for the espressos, when I used to work in an office, we'd go to Starbucks after lunch, and I started with the Doppio, then moved to the triple shots. Now that I work from home, I increased the quantity even more! I think it's really my only caffeine intake, and usually in the afternoon. By the time I go to bed, usually quite late, it should be all out of my system already. At least, I didn't notice any difference on days where I have my espressos, and days where I don't. I still need to try these coffee naps though, I think that'd be perfect for me.

I did feel a big difference in sleep quality. But I also cut out alcohol at the same time, so it might be the combo. I do enjoy my coffee in the morning, and a lot :-D
