The time right now is 13.36 hrs and my step count is over 8k after a walk round our local nature park. I expect a total over 10k today so I'm back in the groove! 😁
Nice job I'd say! My post later tonight will not probably be as good step count wise simply because we are meeting our son for dinner and I'm a clock watcher-I don't like to get tangled up in stuff when I have someplace to go later, lol. I'm just wired weird.
