Hey friends, I've finally got myself the kick up the backside I required to get moving again, honestly had the worst energy levels for the past few weeks and it's nice to feel them return to somewhat normal. I had a great workout earlier the first one in a long while so my muscle soreness has kicked in pretty fast. I hit all my goals I tent to try reach via my apple watch rings which is great, didn't feel too hard to burn off the 1,000 cals today.
Had a lovely enjoyable lunch and then I tried my new protein powder from theproteinworks and honestly, not a big fan. Taste is not great at all, can barely get it down me infact which is such a shame as I bought a 5KG bag while it was on offer... They tend to be one of the more reputible brands in the UK so I am quite shocked at the taste. back to MyProtein I guess.
