Not as many steps as I would have liked today, I've not had as much energy as I would have liked maybe the early mornings are catching up to me. I need to get myself a good nights sleep! Recently its been a struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep, which is such a key factor in fitness.
Makes me lack motivation when stuff like this happens but we carry on, hopefully tomorrow will be an improvement and bakc to our average of at least 10,000 daily.
