I guess there really isnt mich difference with public schools over there and here, the government is supposed to fund the government schools but it is being ignored and the situation is selfish

That sounds about right. They keep raiding the school aid fund over here. It has been going on for years though, so we shouldn't be too surprised.
And the funny and annoying thing about this is we cant really do nothing but flow with the system
