Immortalis, A Great Ally to Have Against Magical Attacks

For a long time, the Obsidian summoner was my favorite in the earth deck, it has a low mana cost and the earth deck is one of my favorites to use monsters with magical attack, so the Obsidian was perfect for me. Then I discovered the Immortalis, a legendary summoner that will cost a little more mana but is much more useful than the Obsidian summoner.

The Immortalis is a legendary summoner from the Chaos Legion edition, it belongs to the earth deck and has 3 functions in battle, they are:

• Decrease the life of enemy monsters by -1.

• Grant the Void ability to allied monsters.

• Grant the Shatter ability to allied monsters.

For those who don't know the Void ability and the Shatter ability, I will explain how they work in battle.

The monster that has the Void ability will only receive half damage against magical attacks.

I will use examples of how the Void ability works. I will use 3 examples and they are:

• 1 monster with 1 magic attack against 1 monster with the Void ability.

• 1 monster with 2 magic attack against 1 monster with the Void ability.

• 1 monster with 3 magic attack against 1 monster with the Void ability.

If a monster with 1 magic attack attacks a monster with the Void ability then that monster will cause 0 damage to the monster with the Void ability.

If a monster with 2 magic attack attacks a monster with the Void ability then that monster will cause 1 damage to the monster with the Void ability.

If a monster with 3 magic attack attacks a monster with the Void ability then that monster will cause 2 damage to the monster with the Void ability.

The monster that has the Shatter ability will destroy the armor of the monster it attacks.

This ability is perfect against monsters that have large amounts of armor.

As you can see, Immortalis is an incredible summoner. He will be a great ally against magical attacks and will also be a great ally to destroy the armor of enemy monsters, so he will be an incredible choice for battles in Splinterlands.

• Remember that the Void ability and Shatter ability will be granted to all allied monsters, so all allied monsters will receive half damage against magical attacks and will destroy the armor of the monsters they attack.

Now that I know the summoner Immortalis, the summoner Obsdian will be my secondary choice for battles with the earth deck.
