Howdy friends! Hope you've all been having lovely days. My goodness my body is sore after my first proper workout back at the gym yesterday which feels great. I've missed this feeling a lot ๐ . Slowly going to ween myself back into the daily gym sessions again but I burn myself out too quickly before I can build up the stamina for it or my body just generally be used to it.
So, we have rest days in between our sessions for a small while till we adjust, had a nice peaceful day today and packing the protein in when possible! Cheers for stopping by my friends, take care!
