This is a good read. Reminds me of the fact that if I don't put anything in use it will gradually rust and break down. It happened to me not long ago.

I probably wouldn't apply this to a personal car or to renting out a home, but when it comes to farm equipment, it needs constant maintenance, which it doesn't have.
