
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early in the morning. The weather was clear but chilly, yet I still went out for a walk before breakfast. I walked for about 45 minutes. Then I returned home and had breakfast with my family. I walked at a slow pace for about 30 minutes towards evening.

According to Google Fit, I walked 7406 steps, 5.26 km, and burned 2371 Cal. I need to walk more over the next three days to achieve my weekly goal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
