My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2022
Hallo Welt,
dieses ist mein heutiger Actifit-Beitrag.
Heute bin ich wieder zum Crossfit gegangen und habe das Workout des Tages gemacht:
(AMRAP 15) So viele Runden wie möglich im Zeitrahmen von 15 Minuten:
5 Strict Chin-Ups
10 Dumbbell floor presses
15 Dumbbell Deadlift
Die Strict Chin-Ups habe ich mit Band ausgeführt. Für die Dumbbell Floor-Presses und die Dumbbell-Deaflifts habe ich jeweils 2 x 12,5 kg gewählt.
Das Workout hat sich leichter gelesen, als es sich am Ende angefühlt hat. Insgesamt habe ich 9 Runden geschafft und bin damit zufrieden. Vielleicht hätte ich sogar 2 x 15 kg nehmen sollen, denn es fühlte sich am Ende an, als ob noch mehr möglich gewesen wäre.
Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal.

Die Dachziegeln für unser Haus sind auch diese Woche eingetroffen und haben schon den Weg auf das Dach gefunden.

Today I went back to Crossfit and did the workout of the day:

I did the Strict Chin-Ups with band. For the Dumbbell Floor Presses and the Dumbbell Deadlifts I chose 2 x 12.5 kg each.
The workout read easier than it felt in the end. I did a total of 9 rounds and I'm happy with that. Maybe I should have even taken 2 x 15 kg, because it felt like more was possible at the end.
Maybe next time.
