I Told Ria That I'm Going to Cooked Veggies For Lunch
Hello hivers of this wonderful community it's been a while. Let me first greet you a blessed Sunday, hope you enjoyed your weekend. Yesterday me and Ria was left alone in the house her sister and brother went to their classmates to do some project. I prepared them breakfast before they left then I asked my little Ria to help me cooked our lunch. By the way she just turned four years old this May 31. I wasn't able to cooked her anything because his father promised her something. Hope he'll do what he said for the meantime let's proceed to what we prepare yesterday. Here are the remaining veggies on our fridge and before it gets rotten I'll cooked it right away.
Ingredients
Left over Cabbage & Green peas
1/2 piece of tomato
1 medium onion
5 cloves of garlic
250 grams of tofu
200 grams of pork boiled and will be fried
1 strand of celery
1 small green bell pepper
2 tablespoon fish sauce
Cooking oil
1/2 cup of water
Seasoning
Procedure
Wash and cut the ingredients needed then fry the pork and tofu. My Ria loves the fried pork she even took a lot of meat before I put it the pan.
In a medium pan add cooking oil saute garlic, onion, tomato, celery and green bell pepper. Then add pork, tofu and fish sauce mixed it well now add the green peas, seasonning and water cover and wait to simmer. Now add the cabbage cooked according to desire. Hubby loves it half cooked so am I but I prepared it well done because of Ria.
Hope you liked my recipe and this is a reminder to never waste food because there are many people that can't afford to eat three times a day. So we are lucky and still blessed because we have something to cook and eat.
Thank you so much for dropping by
