Upcoming Ethereum Merge Q3/Q4

Ethereum will change from POW to POS.

I would say it is impossible this happens in a bear market. Maybe we already bottom, maybe not.

Maybe it is for a reason to finish it if markets go green again.

Who knows.

It will be a fork. So there will be 2 chains. Means ETH classic 2 and POS ETH. Or ETH2 and ETH.

Smart to buy in to get fork airdrop? Maybe?

Could also end in a massive drama.

Just in case, I will look at the macro and if I get some cheap, I will add more.

For trade, it is not soon enough to trade.

An interesting point is, POS because of environment and Energy consumption and efficiency.

2 chains mean nothing changes.

2 chains means also 1 will possibly face a massive dump. Depending how it works out it could be the old or new. Most likely the old tokens will be dumped.

The big dapps and websites will most likely move with the new POS eth.

So will the old ETH be worth the airdrop and risk?

Who knows.

Anyway, it is something that comes up soon or maybe not soon :D

The new POS Ethereum will have a massive centralization problem.

Worst case it's a "steem" drama.

Best case all works perfect :D
