My share for this weekend's #beersaturday post. You know it's May in Wisconsin when you can finally sit outside with the family, slug a few beers, and let some chicken go on the BBQ for a good 40 minutes without getting frost bite or poured on. Summer might actually be here..

This beer is a wonderful little IPA. Brewed by the Brewing Projekt out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, this a little brewery that knows their trade. Citra a nd Mosiac hops? Yes, please. At 6.4% ABV, it's a good one, and strong. If I drink all 12 tonight, I might get into a bit of trouble.

So what was tonight's adventure with my wonderful beer find? Chicken potatoes in foil, and corn on the grill!

I found a great recipe for foil potatoes. Essentially, cut a Yukon golds ups, throw some shallots in, add some olive oil, salt, pepper, and then some goat cheese. I found that recipe in a library book, and they turned out great. Libraries...always so much fun to find something new at such an "antiquated" place.

Ms. Mabel had a good time as well, as she is my go to Sous Chef...

A few beers later, and dinner was complete. Again, my sous chef was very excited...

Dinner was delicious! I picked up some really good buffalo wing sauce for the chicken, and it turned out extremely well. What a decent day for a #beersaturday. Now to get back to finishing up that 12 pack...Beatles reaction videos, here I come.

Thanks for checking out my #beersaturday share. Until next weekend!

Citra, mosaic, Sabrina and el dorado? There is almost no chance of this being a bad beer especially hailing from WI where they really know their !BEER

5.5 % is not too bad for an ipa and they are short cans so you should be alright with a session of them. I cant say the same for this one….

It was a lot of everything. By the time your mouth got used to it, was like a lick of delicious ice-cream.

Not one to chug a bunch of at a bbq but good!

Yeah, I really struggle with the shake style IPAs - I fear I've been spoiled on NE IPAs for far too long
