Are You Splinterlands Player that Are Not in the Community Yet ? You Better join ASAP ! Here is Why
Hello everyone, welcome back to Ramadhanight's Hive Blog on Splinterlands Weekly Socmed Challenge's Session. For this week Challenge, I want to share about how important to engage in the Community of Splinterlands for it's player. Without any further, let's check it out !
About Splinterlands
Again, Splinterlands is a very popular game, especially on this Hive Community, but if you haven't play it yet, i will give you a simple explanation about Splinterlands. Splinterlands (SPL) is a collectible card games where you could battle against other players (or their bots 😅) to get some rewards. Those rewards could be cards or splintershards that could be traded with other people. This mean you could earn by getting the rewards (and there is many more ways to earn from this game, such as tournament, guild brawl, even write the contents and flipping cards). The gameplay is very simple, you just have to create a lane-up with a ruleset and mana cap that different on each battle. Bring your best monster with your best strategy to beat the enemy.
Why Does Engage in Community is Important in Splinterlands ?
1st. Game Information and Update.
As a player, sometimes we are so busy to play, and sometimes in splinterlands, if you are not having enough cards, you need to rent them, which could take many minutes as well to do that, so we might don't have time to read every news and articles on hive, discord, etc. You will normally missed the issue, but if you are engage in the community, you will get to know about the update because peoples are talking about it, and you could easily asked and they will tell you the main point of the update without you have to read the whole articles (of course it's better to read on your own to avoid miss communication, but sometimes you might getting trouble as well because it's written on different language than yours)
2nd. Cheering Each Other
Let's admit it, there is times where we got bad luck, or making bad decision. It's hurt if you taken it by yourself. Instead, try to share it with your friends in the community, you might hear them having even more bad luck and stupid 😂 , this way, you will feel bad less and having good laugh together
3rd. Be in Guild Together
I've write about the times where splinterlands ranked reward is not good enough to cover the rent cost, and guess what would help you to cover it ? The answer is guild brawl's reward. It gave you big amount of sps rather than the ranked play. Of course, it's depend on your guild performance and the tier. With being in the community's Guild, people are having better relationship rather than random guilds with random people on it (maybe because there is less language Barrier there because you talking each other with your native language, and you already knew the people from your community). This way, you could easily manage to climb up the tier and having more responibility to keep your performance.
4. Strategy Share
At my early time playing splinterlands, it's kind of confusing how to run the rental etc, because i personally think it would be hard, and i will get less profit, but the community teach me how to do it right. Some just like to share their battle strategy as well, talking about meta, etc. So it would help you a lot as a player to engage in community to upgrade your knowledge.
5. New friends, new world
You got new friends, with completely different background, and that would give you more than just about the game itself. Some people are having same interest outside the game and found their new partner to do bussiness, sharing about great project (airdrops, etc), and they would even hang out in the real world. This might help us as well, because our world is not just about the Splinterlands 😊 . I personally feel blessed to be in the community, because i join this awesome Hive because peoples there is introduced hive to me.

There is some event that were held just for the community member, we done it on some occasion, like Indonesian tournament with great rewards. And not just that, some people just love to give each other as well, i got free CL packs at the end of last season from generous man @guruh (as well some people on the communities got free CL packs) 😊
What's Next ?
If you haven't join in any Splinterlands community, just join it as soon as possible ! I'm as an Indonesian personally loves the Indonesia Community, just join the telegram if you are Indonesian as well. If you are from another nation, just find your own nation community, or simply join the international community on telegram or disord 😉
Conclusion
Community will give you huge benefit in Splinterlands and outside the Splinterlands as well. News and information, place to share moment, strategy share, taking part in guild brawl, and many other benefits you could simply grab just by engage in community, because things just better if you have friends.
