Poulet à la bière
Salut à tous, du poulet cuit à la bière avec des légumes.
Sur un lit de légumes carottes et céleri poser les morceaux de poulet et mouiller avec de la bière.
Laisser cuire une heure au four.
Faire cuire des pommes de terre à l'eau à part.
Servir juste nature avec les légumes autour, un peu comme un pot au feu.
Gardez le jus de cuisson pour faire cuire du riz ou des pâtes.
