This morning I stumbled upon the small property in High Level Alberta for only $6,000

Perfect place to build a Tiny house… would need to be well insulated to withstand the long cold winters up there.

Property Description:

This may just be the perfect lot to place your new home! Conveniently located near the three public schools and the grocery store. Just a hop and a skip from Tim Hortons. This may just be the perfect place for your happily ever after!

I'm working hard on getting enough for land myself. It's a hard time raising enough for this dream bit it's worth it!

Yeah ... I only earn about $4 a day here on Hive but much more on other Crypto Blogging sites. At $500/ month I’ll have my $6,000 in one year.

I imagine the winter is a bit dark as well as very cold! The Northern Lights look beautiful; I've never seen them yet.

I imagine for the price, it should go fairly quickly; maybe to a local person there if no one wants to relocate that far north. Thanks for sharing!

When I was treeplanting some years ago, and still relatively a noob at it, I saw another crew that was rumoured to be 'really really good.' I was told, 'next week, they're all going to High Level!' Not knowing what that meant and not thinking to ask, I put two and two together and thought they were all being transferred to some 'special unit' in the company called 'High Level' where people of only the highest caliber were recruited to go and take care of business when business really needed to be taken care of. Turns out it's the name of a locality in Alberta.
I'd still like to visit, especially if those Northern Lights shots are accurate.

Ha ha… that’s a funny story. Yeah, it’s a funny name… like Top Notch or Upper Class … Elite Force .. Special Ops ha ha… We have about 2 acres on Lake Superior (family cottage) and the Northern Lights are also Spectacular there … But $6,000 is a very good price for land in Canada.

Yeah exactly... well it is indeed a good price for land! We have a cottage in Northern Ontario but I don't think it's North enough for some Northern Lights yet lol... it's a pretty big expanse of land - just keeps going and going 😆 Well hopefully the plot works out - maybe I'll see ya there one day while finally getting to visit ;)
