Today, the @liotes.one account owns 60 Hive Power and there are 4.225 LEN tokens in the pot!

When I first began in 2017, I would exchange fiat for crypto and most of it was lost because the cryptos deflated in value a year later... but everything I invested in HIVE (steem at the time) has been growing steadily through earning and investing. My only error was "cashing out" while HIVE was high for a crypto that has not done well at all. Lesson learned, I have a better idea now on how to handle that situation now.

Right now, my (time) money flows to various HIVE investments and projects, which rewards various tokens which are (sometimes) sold for HIVE, then (sometimes) traded for HBD, which is invested in savings for passive income.

So far I am converting fiat to crypto which I will probably continue to do until April/May when I will re-evaluate my bags. I think once you are longer in crypto, there is far more potential to grow further crypto incomes when you recognise the opportunties.

my money flows in from Fiat into Cryptos. honestly I am a late adopter, I started playing splinterlands in the late 2021 and that's my first involvement in Crypto. I learnt about hive blogging some weeks later.

I hope this year I can get enough HP so when the next bull run comes, the flow can be reversed.

Honestly I have not put any of my fiat into crypto all I have I vested is my time. Playing games and blogging on Hive.
Their was a time when my splinterlands game assets were more then $40k (during the initail days sps airdrop).

I would have to say I have brought fiat into the Crypto/NFT world but have not taken any Crypto and exchanged it for fiat. I am trying to accumulate a larger holding in Crypto/NFTs so they will produce a nice passive income that can be exchanged to fiat at some point in the future.

My money flows is in HIVE, I am investing little by little in the platform, exchanging fiat for tokens, in my country due to the inflation we live, the money is devalued by hours, I hope to have more HP to then delegate a part, my earnings in HIVE I am leaving them all as an investment.

Same as most folks, fiat into crypto to kick start the "engine". Hoping to continue growing my assets and start seeing crypto moving in reverse direction back to fiat.

For me, crypto is an investment tool. Therefore, I have only traded fiat for crypto (and that has only started in the past few months). Like you, most of my crypto has been earned from my various personal crypto efforts.

I haven't been putting my "real world" money into crypto yet. I even thought about it but due to the crisis that arrived, I preferred to be more restrained.

Currently I have only invested my time and efforts in the hive. It can be dangerous, yes, but I really enjoy doing what I do here, so I've been doing all the recycling of value and money right here from within.

When things get better, I do intend to put some of what's out there to invest inside the hive.

I used to convert €200 into crypto every now and then, say every three months, on my platform, which I will mention again - Iconomi, but I haven't converted anything from fiat to crypto for at least two years. Maybe I'll do something now, I'm waiting for BTC to start picking up :)
Especially, as I said, for the last two years I've been accumulating crypto, I mean here the Hive ecosystem, just with my own posts. I also don't plan to invest in anything outside Hive anymore, I had a very bad experience with Metamask because they kind of hacked my wallet, now I have a few hundred CUB tokens there which I can't withdraw or transfer elsewhere because of the hack, so - yeah, just on Hive and H-E tokens, if there is some option to give fiat for Hive I might invest some more.

I do not invest fiat. For now I only invest the little time I have. I hope that in the future I can invest.

I did invest some fiat at the beginning and I have yet to take out anything from it because I don't need the fiat money right now. I'd rather have that invested. So besides my initial investments, I haven't really converted between the two.

My money flow is, currently, neutral: fiat stay fiat; crypto stay crypto.

I'm not brave enough to put my fiat saving into crypto. I have a family that I have to take care of, and I need to have a bit of short-term stability in terms of having fiat to purchase real world services and goods without huge price fluctuations (medical services, etc.).

In the other hand, I do want to increase my exposure to crypto. So all my Hive earnings stay 100% in the crypto ecosystem, and I've been investing a lot of time creating content here on Hive in order to increase those earnings.

Money flows from Fiat to Crypto. Ie buy credits in splinterlands and the buy cards.
I did cash out some crypto to pay taxes on earnings and related airdrops.

Well, HIVE/Splinterlands was my first foray into crypto. Surprisingly though, I'd count money out of my wallet into the system as good as ZERO.

I first started dabbling with all those free stuff like coinbase earn or signup this and that for that small bit to funnel into Splinterlands. Then as I got more interested in HIVE/SPL, I realised that I had basically no time left to play my other Gacha mobile games. So I liquidated those and funnelled them into the system. Since then, I've had no incoming funds flowing in.

Surprisingly, even with the drop of crypto prices, I'm still very much in the green with significantly more than I've put in. I've no intention of taking out anything on HIVE too, short of a x100 situation perhaps. 🤣 So it's going to be slowly growing and I'll see where this leads to at the end of the journey (or until I lose interest).

My money flow is quite simple 🤔 I think...

Capital -> Crypto + Investment + Sales Capital + Urgent money
Crypto -> Crypto investment + Crypto games
Everything is documented in 1 excel

I kinda have the same approach as you, keeping things separate, to some extent because gateways will be harder and harder to cross without giving up a lot of freedom to do it.

In the beginning, I put some fiat into crypto, but that flow stopped. Now each of them goes on separate paths. I don't exclude cashing out to fiat a portion of my crypto holdings at some point if I need to buy something really expensive like a real estate property, at some point. But not a big fan of maintaining a real estate property.

I am currently investing the HBD I earn into second tier tokens and splinterlands cards. I'm currently delegating HP to ecency in order to have more points to give more boosts to my posts and increase my HP even more, I'm not making any withdrawals, just reinvesting.

I believe that 2023 until the end of 2024 will be a world economic recession scenario, but returning to the bull market at the end of 2024 to 2025.

Hmm it's a complicated question for me. From the perspective of just Hive, I "cash out" about 10% of the Hive Wallet per year while the remaining 90% stays within Hive so that this account continues to grow.

I like that it flows passively, although I don't have much, rather with very little, I like to have small savings for my own safety, here at Hive I learn more about other people's wallets and see how other people's money flows they teach you Other ways to flow
I count a lot today with cryptos since almost 50% of what I earn comes from there

At the beginning I knew crypto, some of my fiat money, I changed it to crypto. There are not many of them. I just wanted to know how to make real money into crypto tradable. I even tried using my gaming computer assets to mine crypto. But due to bad trading knowledge, crypto feels like wasting my money.
No more fiat to crypto. I also stopped mining because my computer is not sophisticated. and i found hive.

Now crypto remains crypto. and fiat remains fiat. Even now some of my crypto flows into fiat.
In the future I will manage hive assets in the hive world so they can develop.

Fiat goes into Crypto and is never seen again 😅 Maybe next bull run I'll remember to convert some back to fiat 😅

Interesting question Achim. Previously, I had some fiat invested into crypto ($HIVE is one, some on BTC and on DeFi. Others on stocks which my husband is keen on growing albeit slowly. But mostly, we keep fiat as they are for our day-to-day needs and anything else that may arise. It would be great to have some of them into the HBD Savings.

Late to the party, however I came here after reading mypathtofire's post today. My flow in the past has been crypto to fiat. Currently it is just crypto staying in cryto!
