Getting Better in person > More consistent > Working on Goals > taking care of responsibilities and continue with study along with side hustles. Too much in list but Hopefully everything will be Good in 2023. Can't see thing's going more worse like this year.
These are good goals and I could suggest to try to add some numbers to it. That allows you to track whether you are doing what you want. Also it might be a good idea to write some posts about it that you can come back to and check whether you are on course :-)

Haha I am not a fan of resolutions actually, but if I have to make one, I shall be wacky and set a goal to reach 5000 Hive!

That's what I would call an ambitious goal :-). If you manage to keep your posting rythm... I'm positive that you can get there :-)
Thanks, I will do some back of the envelope calculations on how much from curation, authorship and work out how much I need to power up from fiat. The market is very bearish right now, so any move below $0,2 could be a good opportunity to pull the trigger.

two goals in my HIVE:
In the past I had a lot of goals and I kind of lost focus. Now I concentrate on maximum two goals and it's much easier to direct our attention and our priorities.
That could be the right move... I have done something similar and missed some other great stuff as of lack of time... Games can be very, very time-consuming... I will do something similar and for games that I want to be involved in and not "play" them, I will try to have my "stake" in tokens... In that way, I will be "exposed" to the game if it succeeds, but spare a lot of time... ;)

I'm not a big resolution guy. They end up being too general and you become destined to fail. There are a couple things I've promised myself to do better going forward though.
One is to actually take some profits when they come. Now that my trust in HBD has grown, I feel like I finally have a "safe" place to put those profits. In the past, it felt hard to lock anything in because I didn't trust the Tethers or Lunas or BUSDs of the world. I think for good reason. With HBD holding it's peg (and paying 20% interest) I now feel like it's a good place to "park" profits. I don't want to go into fiat with that money, but the only place that felt "safe" in the past was Bitcoin...and that still obviously has a ton of volatility.
The second thing I'm trying to focus on is trying to fund future growth in the games (Splinterlands, dCity, dCrops, Ragnarok, etc.) with income from the games themselves. I've put a ton of money into them and I am going to try and stop myself from adding more fiat and instead trying to fund them from the income generated inside the game economies. Easier said than done, of course. But that's the idea.

For me HBD has also become my savings account. Together with Hive Power, this will again my main focus for 2023. As you said, HBD is one of the few investments that allow me to sleep soundly :-).
This is very important since these games can become real black holes for our money. I took the decision some time ago not to put any fiat into crypto (under pressure of my wife lol). This prevents me from any crazy stuff lol. My strategy is to put 90% of my gains from the games back into them but I take 10% out to reach my hive and hbd goals.
Yeah, I haven't devised an actual strategy yet. I think that's been my biggest problem. If I actually had a plan, then I wouldn't have to make a decision each time I generate a little income. I would just have a strategy I could stick to without thinking. That is what I'm going to be devising over the next couple days so I have an actual roadmap of what I want to accomplish for 2023.

I try to apply a simple strategy which is to pull 10% from everywhere into my hive goals. It's simple and I can manage it :-)

Get back into my exercise routine. I've been using my excuse of my injured arm to put it off for the past year and am packing on the pounds again. Gotta break that habit!

My resolution in 2023 🤔
I had inadequate finances in 2022 and it looks good now at the end of 2022. So, I think I will keep it up to be good in financials first.
For my crypto life, I'll continue my hive goals to 2023 with Return The Favor (RTF) project and try to continue what I've done in 2022. I don't have a plan for my wax and other games yet.
For my daily life, I think of trying to make my time as efficient as possible. My time management is still kinda bad because I still can get urgent matters over time.
For my work life, I will think of a way to balance my work life and my daily life. So, it won't stress me out.
Well, I still have the life goal that I want to achieve at least before 2028. I hope I can accomplish it before 2028 maybe around 2026 🤔. Faster better 💪. But, this one is still a dream 🤣.

A big goal for 2023 is to launch and successful Mastermind collaboration group for people in the 45-65 age group who want to build a profitable online business to maintain or improve their standard of living in their silver and golden years. The first wave will be open to just 30 people. :)

Hive will feature but it will not be the main focus in the core classes. There will be a lot of room for side discussions, supplementary projects and so on, and I am sure Hive will have a big role to play!

Need to start getting more exercise next year :( Kind of a trite New Year's goal, but after our dog passed away at the end of the first year of the pandemic I stopped getting like an hours walking in every day. Sitting at the computer all day hasn't been great for my overall health 😅
Don't tell me. I changed that by buying a stand desk. So at least I'm not sitting all the time lol

I think my main resolution would be to try posting more on Hive. Work has been keeping me busy but that doesn't mean that I can't try to put out a post every day or try to at least.

I know it’s cliche but I’d like to get in shape in the new year. Taking care of a baby last year prevented me from doing any of my normal exercise, so now that they are 1 and sleeping through the night I need to start waking up early and getting back in shape. !LUV

My big resolution is to double my approximate 2300 Hive Power by year end 2023 but I know that will take a lot of focus. It is my stretch goal.
I have not really thought about my goals in detail but I do need to start that process with the year end fast approaching. Take care.
Doubling Hive in a year is difficult but doable. Also the curation rewards and compound interests are helping :-)
