I’m very lucky, because I belong to two amazing communities:

My workout community, which I’ve been part of for eight years and keeps me challenged daily.

I actually have a bit of a challenge coming up this week with my workouts and a running event coming up Saturday - a new what is sure to be nagging injury:

and this HIVE community! Amazing folks who keep me on my toes daily, as well.

I had two incredible moments on HIVE this past week, giving me momentum going into the new week:

If this new injury is plantar fasciitis, using a night splint helps accelerate recovery.
