Presearch - Earn Free Crypto While Searching On Internet

Hello All Leo Lovers,

Hope you all are doing good and enjoying the nice pump in hive price in last few days.

There are a lot of different tokens floating around and i always try to collect as many as possible for free. There are a lot of airdrops from different sites and platforms. There is another way to earn these coins for free. Some of the platforms pay you to use their websites. One such platform is presearch. Presearch is a web search engine. This search engine pays its users PRE token for each search they perform using this search engine.

We use different search engines to search/surf the internet, why not use a search engine which pays some crypto :-)

PRE is a native token of this engine and is trading well at the moment- around $0.2585 per PRE token. Which is not that bad.

When i started using this search engine a few month ago, the price was not that good but with time the price of PRE had bumped a good bit.

I have accumulated 1190.40 PRE tokens so far. With current price total worth of these tokens is $297.6. This is great as i did nothing. I used to use google to do web searches so now i use presearch to do the searches and getting paid in PRE token.

There are some points to note :

  1. There is a limit of maximum tokens you can withdraw at a time. Currently this limit is 1000 tokens.
  2. Number of tokens per search changes. A few months ago i used to get .25 token but now a day only 0.0759 token per search.
  3. There is a cap on number of paid searches per day. This limit is 30 searches a day at the moment.

I need to get back to using Presearch and accumulating PRE. Thanks for this reminder and the information about paid search limits. Very helpful information to have.

Presearch is an excellent search engine. Being awarded crypto every time I search is just excellent. :-)

Thank you for a good idea. I use Brave browser to earn token and Presearch is a good addition.

It is a futile, scammy exercise. I got 1000 tokens and the admins want you to send some ETH as withdrawal fees before releasing those tokens to your crypto wallet.

Bummer to hear that, though not surprising I guess. When was e last time a “good guy” showed up on the scene and gave a rat shit about whether or not we’re given a meaningful slice of the revenue generated by our engagement?

I jumped onto PRE recently because I was excited about Hive(/Ecency), and had become convinced that there was a parallel economy in which that could be possible. At this point I have no idea. About this, that, or anything else. Anyone who does have an idea, 99.99% of the time probably also has no idea, they just haven’t realized it yet.

Either way, I sure as hell don’t know what’s real and what isn’t, but I heard here from another user that Presearch even has some sort of partnership with Google. At the time I was like, well that’s fine, I’m sure they’re getting their cut, but at least I’m getting some of it…to think that they have some scummy bullshit like that after you’ve directed that much energy towards using their engine…if it’s true I’d be more likely to assume uncle Jeffy was in on it, cuz he strikes me as the kind of dick who would not only be comfortable with screwing people over, but actually highly likely to find it entertaining…of course, I’ve never met the guy and I don’t know this either. Sincerely. I know nothing about nothing, except that I know that I know nothing, which is something :)

I guess I have no idea what is and is not real though, and I’m under duress in the sense that I have to at least choose a search engine. Maybe I’ll go back to DuckDuckGo and just divert some amount of my searches to PRE…I don’t know. I’m so sick of being surrounded and completely encumbered by bullshit.

Brave browser can earn you some BAT using it. And when you earn enough (as long you did the KYC verification), you transfer it to your wallet. You earn better here in Hive by participating in comments or contests if making posts isn't your thing.

Wow, I've been using them to search but have not gotten to the minimum withdrawal yet. This idea of sending some ETH presumably as gas fee is a put off indeed!

I am using it and already more then 1000 token but during cashout it ask something eth gas so what is it as any idea how to cashout.
