EGOV Buyback Offer

Hello,

if you followed us, you know that EHON had some problems.

The team broke up, we got a new developer, we basically started from scratch again.

In the beginning we communicated very ambitious timeframes and could not deliver on those promises.

Since it is going to take us a while to make this game work and because that is nothing like we promised in the beginning, we decided it would only be fair to offer to buy back the tokens we have emitted.

Before @felixxx offered to finish the game, this was actually our plan and for a while we went back- and forward on this decission.
During that time, we swapped the initial HIVE we collected to HBD and back.
This was no gambling on our part, but due to lucky timing, we made a profit from those trades (in US$).

Today, the EHON account was sitting on 39750 HIVE.
You can check @ehon's wallet: We have not spend any of the money yet.
With 577920 EGOV in circulation, we can offer an average price of 0.068 HIVE per EGOV.

We have placed this order.

Of course, we would like you to hold onto your EGOV, but it's understandable if you want sell your share.

All other tokens and presents you got for holding EGOV will be delivered upon at a later time.
GENONE and the christmas drops will be used in our game and you should keep them safe for the time being.

Once again we apologize for the delays and the inconvenience.

We would be happy to see you all hold your tokens until we release, but we can not just keep the coins locked up, with everything that has happened.

We hope this offer eases the tension.
It should allow us to finish the first version of the game with much less pressure and a clean conscience, so we can focus on creating a game.

This was supposed to be fun and not cause frustration for anyone involved.
With taking this financial pressure of our back, we hope we can get back to work and finish what we have started.

Thanks for your patience and trust, we hope we have not lost it completely and can gain it back as we progress.

Things might not have been going the best as of late but that's life. I'll be supporting the project regardless, I love the idea of the game & still do, although some aspects might change that's just part of the process.

I hope we can get more regular updates going forward!

It's a real shame, but I'm keeping 1000 EGOV on the back burner, I hope we all play EHON at some point and it will be great.

Ok so what I read from this is that the game is still coming out sooner or later yeah ?

I have been sleeping on the developments and the news around Ehon. I will keep my egov staked and hope I will find use for them when the game is ready.

I feel for you guys
I personally invested money that i was willing to lose, so as far as Im concerned, you can just develop at whatever pace is comfortable and if a game turns up one day, I'll be surprised and delighted : )
