Actifit report August 10, 2022
Today was my day off from work.
It rained for most of the day. That makes it difficult to get my activity count in for the day.
Most of my day was on the computer including an interview with Lisa Gentile and her My1440 series.
My grandson brought his parents over this afternoon and as is normal for Wednesday they stayed for dinner.
Just barely enough activity to meet my minimum activity count.
The Actifit app has really helped me focus more on my activity and is helping me be aware of how much I need more activity. I highly recommend using the free app and earning on your activity.
