Crypto Holiday; Splinterlands, Hive discussions and 100% crypto funded

So I and my wife decided to take a trip to Abuja from Kaduna to have some fun. In that time, I also had the opportunity to visit my closest friends in the city.

I linked up with @elemi, @drexx-dmitri and @moquero. All of them are involved in crypto in one way or the other.

@moquero is a very efficient and successful crypto trader/scalper that has been on my ass for a long time. He constantly encourages me to try out trading.

@drexx-dmitri is a Splinterlands addition and someone that has been on Hive for a while but never really got the consistency and interest to grow. I tried to encourage him.

@elemi is a also recent addition to the Splinterlands universe. He does his daily quests regularly and has accumulated up to 800 collection power worth of monsters.

Crypto in the family

It was actually pretty cool to hang out with my closest friends and have them talking about crypto. The conversations weren't forced in anyway, and everybody shared their knowledge.

Both @elemi and @drexx-dmitri are lawyers by training, so they gave me some insight about the law regarding crypto. We also shared notes about potential ways we could all relocate out of the country. Portugal seemed to be on top of everyone's list.

The beautiful thing about crypto is the freedom it gives you. Me and my boys were out having a drink and doing some fun stuff while talking and earning from crypto.

Both @elemi and @moquero had some futures leverage thingy that worked in their favour. So while we were out and spending money on our activities, they were earning it all back.

My friends are all so proud of me development on Hive. It felt really nice to be acknowledged by my peers and I hope we can all continue to grow from strength to strength.

Encouraging each other

We went to a park where people did a bunch of fun stuff. I got the opportunity to ride a scooter and it was fun.

So as we were having fun, we were also chipping in conversations about crypto. @moquero highlighted how difficult Hive can be to navigate, especially for someone like him that dwells mostly on exchanges.

I was a little bit too buzzed to dumb it down for him but overall, I think he picked up something from our general conversations.

During our conversations, I also looked at @drexx-dmitri's Splinterlands situation to find out how I can help him to improve the experience. He often complains about how he's on long losing streaks.

I explained some ways that he could improve his experience in Splinterlands and I think he's going to be doing much better. Not going to lie though, it was mildly hilarious how frustrated he got.

Still on the topic of Splinterlands, I also decided that I'll lease out the remainder of the monsters that I didn't put on the rental market. I wanted to do it yesterday but the network in Kubwa is really terrible.

Watching the game and end of the day

At the end of the day, we got to a garden with pretty lightings and stuff to watch the United vs Arsenal game. It sucked that we lost the match because we looked like the better team.

Anyway, we got on a Bolt Trip before midnight because apparently, they stop working by midnight. I got back to the hotel and my friend hit me up that got home safely as well.

So the day was really fun and it was 100% funded by crypto. I like where I and my friends are right now, and I like that everyone is trying to grow.

I also destroyed them in bowling

Sidebar

@elemi isn't a man of many words but every now and then, he uses dbuzz. He's more active on Splinterlands, please support him in anyway.

After our discussion, I also intend to give @drexx-dmitri the private posting key of my @arsenal4life account where he will be earning from it.

@moquero promised to be very active on Hive next year. He's a very intelligent and quick witted guy, so I reckon he'll be a known name in the Leofinance community. He has insight into all that trading stuff.

It's great to have friends who you share a lot in common with. Crypto has taken over the world and it's great to see what a lot of Nigerians are doing with it.

It's sad though that our country isn't safe anymore and we'll have to leave it to a better place.

I like the way you encouraged them to be better in their various special areas, it's great to have people who're willing to learn from you and who you can share your experiences with.
Wish you and your friends good luck @belemo
