BeerLover 3.0 is LIVE

with the help of some friends from the chain, we got the @beerlover a total makeover to deliver BEER to all of you. Now we have to work on all the blocks from the past few days.

This night, we really changed a lot as we went from NodeJS to RUST plus NodeJS. A year ago we changed for Python to NodeJS, wich was great but now it is damn fast. This means, we rebuild more or less the bot from scratch and will add some more features soon.

The latest iteration of beerlover is partially written in Rust.
This allows us to index transactions faster than ever before. > The RUST part of beerlover scans blocks for comments that include the !BEER command and then performs various checks to make sure they have the required BEER stake to actually use the command.

If everything is allright a new database entry is written. A NodeJS script then takes these database entries and broadcasts the transactions to the chain. The plan is to also build this part into the RUST application. You can find the RUST part of beerlover at https://github.com/The-Beer-Org/beerlover-rs.

When you have rust installed on your system clone the repo and run "cargo build -r" then use "./target/release/beerlover -h" to view available options. Over the next couple of hours/days we will also migrate our previous blacklist system from node to RUST to prevent abuse of the !BEER command.

And a big Thanks to "@deathwing" as we use your node for all of this. Dev's on beer projects are a few people with different skills. We have @louis88 @wehmoen and @primersion and @aurorum and maybe soon some more. The beery @detlev handles the project since the beginning many years ago.
