Hello everyone, we are here again with the latest weekly contest by @queercoin with the prompt:

Entertainment - What is your favorite TV/streaming series? What is it about and why do you like it?

I have watched several TV series but I think one stands out among the rest. And that can only be "HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER". This TV series is indeed a classic.

  • Overview: (What is it about?)

The strict criminal law professor Annalise Keating assigns difficult cases for her students to solve and hires the brightest, most qualified applicants to work for her.

The show began with the viewers tasked to discover who murdered Lila Stangard, a tragic sorority girl whose phone is infamous for having images of a dead man's penis on it.

Frank, Annalise Keating's henchman who performs all of her nefarious activities, turns out to be the murderer. But he refrained from murdering the girl with whom Annalise's husband Sam had a child on the orders of his superior. And suddenly the body of Rebecca winds up in Annalise’s basement! Several murders and murder cases all waiting to be unravelled as to who did them.

Many scenes also cropped up as the series progresses. For instance, Wes, a protégé of Annalise's, and Annalise are adamant that Lila was murdered by Sam, Annalise's husband. The viewers are aware that the law students were responsible for Sam's murder, which is why Annalise's ex-boyfriend Nate is currently on trial. Asher is having an affair with Bonnie, Laurel and Michaela are putting their differences aside to become friends, and Connor is coping with an HIV-positive boyfriend.

  • Why do I like it?

Murders and how to get away or even unravel the killer or killers run through the series. I love the series because it tries to answer viewers questions or inquisitiveness with more questions. This characteristics make it a must watch series actually. You keep asking yourself who killed who as the series progresses.

But can one really get away with murder? Every single person who committed murder either gets killed or serve some term of imprisonment. For instance Wes killed Sam, who had ordered the death of his student/lover. Dominic then killed Wes.
Dominic, who murdered Wes, was assassinated by Frank.
The police shot and killed Frank, who had killed Lila, the governor, and Dominic.
Bonnie was slain by police after killing Rebecca and DA Miller.
According to her daughter, Jorge Castillo, who had planned to kill Wes and possibly others, was assassinated in prison.
An FBI agent working for Castillos Governor Lynne Birkhead, who ordered the murder of Hannah Keating and Nate Lahey Sr., was slain by Frank. Xavier Castillo, who planned the murder of Nate Lahey Sr., was killed by Nate Jr. Asher, who killed Emily Sinclair, was killed by Sara Gordon. The only person who appeared to have gotten away with his own murder was Nate Lahey Jr, an ex-cop. But even at that he got some terms of imprisonment. So finally, no one gets away with murder.
