My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2022
It was a bit chilly again this morning but as you can see from my cover photo it was a beautiful sun rise as I walked to pick up my bus. As my Mother would have said "red sky in the morning, shepherd's warning", implying we are in for some rainy weather later in the day. Luckily weather forecasting has improved a bit in recent years and the BBC forecast was a little more accurate today with no rain around.
One of the girls managed to leave her phone on the bus this morning. Of course I'm happy to keep it safe for the day, but the relief on her face when I returned it was incredible. Mobile phones really are an integral part of our lives these days, especially for teenagers.
Between my shifts today I managed to get out for a decent long walk of about 11km. I needed to get my step count up to help in the macfit competition.
