My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2022

When I first got up this morning the rain was hammering down and I fairly quickly gave up on the idea of going for a run today. Admittedly the decision was aided by the bottle of wine that I finished off the previous evening.

Luckily later in the day the rain cleared completely and it became a very bright sunny day. My wife and I decided to go for a walk through the park and on down to the Chocolate Quarter of Keynsham (where the old Cadburys factory used to be).

I took today's picture while walking on the riverside of a large fungus growing out the side of a long dead tree. There were bigger patches of fungus on the other side of the tree but I didn't manage to get an acceptably exposed picture of those. I should have checked before we walked on.

I know! You took the words right out of my mouth! As you can see in my @actifit report for today. First the rain, then the sunshine, then in my case the cycle ride, then the fungi!
