My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2022

It was the last pre-season friendly hockey match today before the league season starts next week. Our game was away in Swindon which is about an hours drive from Keynsham. Luckily I was able to drive into Bath and catch a lift from there.

The game was really good although we managed to scrape a 4- 3 loss despite our best efforts. Hopefully we can start doing better from now on.

As you can probably guess from my cover picture I'm looking after our neighbours tortoise for a few days while they are on holiday. He has barely moved for the last few days but with the sun on him today he was out and about running around like he 40 years younger.

I'm not really sure. My knowledge of tortoises comes from vague memories of John Noakes packing Fred (I think it was Fred the tortoise) into a cardboard box on Blue Peter sometime in the 1970s or early 80s.
