Greetings to everyone here once again. I am very excited to be part of this community, and today I would like to write about and share with you guys an exciting topic about which I was sent a video to watch and learn from. The topic for discussion today is "Are we financially responsible to other people? (Part 2)" Follow me as we continue to talk about this topic today.

We need to know that it is part of our obligations to look into the welfare of our brethren. From the book of 1 John 3:17, "But who hath this world's goods, and seeth his brother in need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?. This teaches us to be compassionate and also tells us that we have obligations to people to whom we owe nothing, but we owe our lives to God.

It is God who gives us this obligation for Him to lend a hand in reaching out to the poor. We would lend a hand to the poor, giving them the necessities, whenever they needed them to ensure no one died of hunger.

MCGI believes that it is their obligation to financially and spiritually support every brother in faith. Similarly, it is the obligation of Christians to look after the financial welfare of our brothers. As a matter of fact, MCGI have no brother that can be found in the street begging for money.

MCGI cares about doing these; they have facilities in the Philippines and other places where they can provide shelter and receive brethren in need.

According to the book of Psalms 37:21, "the wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous showeth mercy, and giveth." indicates that if we borrow from someone, it becomes our obligation to pay that person. We shouldn't owe anyone.

"Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor," says the Bible in Romans 13:7. In the next verse, "owe no man anything, but to love one another; for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law."

This teaches us that you can borrow, but you must repay it after you receive it. This topic teaches us to repay any loan that we have taken from anyone.

This is where I end my topic, and I would like to use this opportunity to say a very big thank you to everyone and also to the administrators and moderators of this community for the wonderful efforts they are putting into the community. I say God bless you all.
